Halle Berry has made a deal with the Calvin Klein model and father of her daughter, Gabriel Aubrey. If we were her, we think that would be the right thing to do, after her boyfriend beat him up, it's only fair. Now, we do not know what the attorneys negotiated, but we could imagine it is what Gabriel deserves as a father after being allegedly bullied by Berry's fiance, Olivier. There were probably threats and ugly things said before, this time Olivier Martinez allegedly could not suppress his envy and rage.
Although, Gabriel was unfairly charged, we sure hope he can visit with his daughter in peace, because it is very unfair for him to have served time, just because he did not mention a citizen's arrest to police, previously. This seems to be one of the strange situations where a new lover is so obsessed with his girlfriend, he is insecure whenever he is in the presence of the child's father. We've seen one of these cases on America's Most Wanted. You know, it would be a good idea for Gabriel to look into making a movie to help him get over being persecuted by this evil guy, it most likely will bring in a lot of millions for him.
In the meantime, we will keep all three in our prayers, especially for Gabriel and the child's safety.

Halle Berry makes 'amicable' deal with child's dad

Los Angeles (CNN) -- Halle Berry and the father of her daughter settled their differences in family court Thursday, a week after a driveway brawl with Berry's fiancé landed the dad in jail."From all counsel, the parties have reached an amicable agreement. There will be no further statements regarding this matter," said a printed statement shown to reporters by Berry attorney Blair Berk.
